This election year means a lot to Kevin Busher, 22, because he is a part of it. Busher is volunteering his time to work on the Obama campaign as the College Coordinator for Elizabethtown College. Even though he is a full-time student he manages his time to be as dedicated as possible to the campaign. His personal story shows how students can make a difference when they get involved.

What has happened to these five terms? The more and more I browse the Internet, the more and more I regret doing so. I have always known the general public of this country to be less than scholarly, but the younger generation (even younger than me) makes me fearful of the future. This may be harsh (and possibly exaggerated for effect), however it needs to be said because it holds grains of truth - for more than one reason.

First of all…WAY TO GO OBAMA!

That’s right! Obama has officially secured the amount of delegates necessary to be the 2008 Democratic Nominee for President. After 52 primaries the Democratic Party can now, hopefully (and in theory), unite together and work towards winning in November.

A week or so ago my parents opened up their mailbox to find a check for $1,200 - meet their "economic stimulus" package from the government. Now that's all good and well for my parents, they could use an extra $1,200 for all the home remodeling they want to do around the house; but, where's my stimulus package?
