Episode 59, "The Pair Who Don't Leave a Trace! The Artificial Humans Appear"
*****SPOILERS*****
Synopsis: Goku and his allies (sans Vegeta) gather near the city where the Artificial Humans are going to attack. There, Bulma introduces her child, Trunks. Yajirobe arrives with senzu beans, but refuses to stay. Yajirobe's sky car is destroyed in an explosion on its way away from the scene. Seeing two figures fly into the city, Goku and his group investigate the city. Yamucha encounters the Artificial Humans, one of whom plunges his hand through him. Goku and the others fly over, and Yamucha is taken away to be healed while Goku, Tenshinhan, and Piccolo fly off with the Artificial Humans to find somewhere to fight.

Uh, excuse me. I know it's been a while since I've done this, so bear with me, but what? What?
How does having a hole through your chest get cured with a senzu bean? Remember when senzu beans refill your stamina because it's like having a full day's worth of food? How does that translate to healing up a giant gaping wound in your chest? Did Bulma perform surgery when we weren't looking? Did Dende come to Earth? Sorry, but Yamucha should be dead. Gone. Deceased. Bereft of life, he rests in peace. THIS IS AN EX-FIGHTER.
Another problem I have is, what the hell is with baby Trunks' hair color? It's the color of his flesh! You'd think that Toei would have gone through the trouble of fixing that mistake for Kai. But nope. Not surprising. There was a shot in the previous arc where Kuririn should have been in the Saiyan armor Vegeta found for him, but instead he was in his fighting gi. Oh, lazy Toei. Lazy lazy Toei.
It's funny how Tenshinhan thinks he can still be useful. Well, at least Chaozu didn't show up. That poor git's probably at home crying his little eyes out. He so worries when his lover's in combat.
