As many of you know by now Gurren Lagann has begun its first airing in the United States. Every Monday at 11PM EST you can catch two new episodes, airing only on the Sci Fi channel. Sounds great right? An amazing series with an average dub getting air time is always great. Unfortunately Sci Fi, best known for bringing us epic series' such as Battlestar Galactica and countless original movies no one will ever watch, is ruining the experience.

The other week on /m/ a link to ArtsNow.com appeared along with a few nifty coupons. Taking the opportunity I 'designed' a few shirts and placed an order. While the music is great, it sucks compared to last weeks pinball (okay, not pinball, but the weird Japanese casino game with the balls shit) was better.

Evangelion wins big at the Tokyo International Anime Fair. While Gurren Lagann, Gundam 00, and Death Note also had wins in other categories.

Of course, congrats to Tekkonkinkreet, an anime I have never heard of before...
