Synopsis: Inspector Zenigata has been imprisoned by the authorities of Republic of Cotornica under suspicion of murder of a representative. Yata and Ari are forced to clear Zenigata's name by investigating. During the course of the investigation, Ari admits that she, too, was mentored by Tomoe, who was Lupin, Mercedes, and Hazel's teacher. Ultimately, Ari confronts a surprising suspect, and is barely able to pass along information after being injured.

Synopsis: Lupin travels to the Republic of Cotornica to meet a congresswoman named Hazel. When he gets there, he encounters the flower girl, Mattea, who's travelling. Lupin breaks into Hazel's apartment, where she reveals to Lupin that her tudor was Tomoe, Lupin's "mother". Hazel is also the subject of blackmail using deepfakes because of her position on foreign policy regarding rare earth metals. Lupin helps her deal with her blackmailers and leaves, but when Inspector Zenigata pays her a visit, he finds himself in trouble. Is ol' Pops in real trouble? It's an episode of intrigue!

On the way to Mexico, Lupin reveals that the Elivra leader, Mercedes, mentioned his thieving instructor, Tomoe, who was like a mother to him. What happens next is a showdown between two of Tomoe's students in a battle of wits!

It seems that the murder victim was targeted by the same killer who took out Lord Faulkner and John Watson. Holmes puts out a bounty on the missing piece of the poster Lupin attempted to steal to keep him busy. All parties- Holmes, Lily Watson, Lupin, and Inspector Zenigata- converge on Faulkner's Black Drawing Room to unveil the hidden treasure!
